As an introduction of how our website is organised and operated, these are the frequently asked questions:
How do I find a product?
You may do a search on the search engine on the top right hand corner of our homepage. Alternatively, we have grouped our products into different categories under the section ‘Our Products” which is directly under the search engine. With a category chosen, all related products will be listed for your reference.
Where can I find the prices of the products?
Prices of our products are usually stated near the end of each post. However, for easy reference, we have a Price List with all the summary of our products and their prices which can be found at the ‘Blogroll’ section at the bottom right hand side of our homepage.
How do I make an order?
You may send us an email at holistique.vie@gmail.com stating your:
- Name
- Address
- Contact No
- Email Add
- Method of Payment Preferred (Choice of Internet Banking or ATM transfer)
- Method of Delivery Preferred (Choice of personal delivery* or through post)
- Name & Quantity of the Product you wish to purchase
- And any other information you’d like us to take note of
We will then send you a confirmation email with the information required for you to make the payment. Upon receiving of the payment, we will deliver the items within 5 working days.
*Personal delivery is optional for a minimal fee of $10 based on an arranged time and date. For purchases above $120, delivery will be free of charge.
Are there any discounts available?
We are sorry to inform you that Holistique Vie usually does not offer discounts unless there is a promotion going on. However, according to our prices stated, you may save some money by purchasing a larger amount of our products.
Alternatively, you may wish to sign up for Holistique Vie’s membership, which will entitle you to members only discounts and promotions, birthday discounts or additional free gifts based on availability.

If I am searching for a product that is not listed, will Holistique Vie be able to source it for me?
We are currently in the process of importing quite a large number of products. We will soon summarize them and publish it on the site. However, if you still cannnot find the product you want, you may also wish to let us know by email, provided that the item you are searching for is very similar to the products we are currently carrying, we shall try our very best to source it for you at a reasonable price.
