Shipping charges vary according to products’ weight or $10 for Personal Delivery Charges below purchases of $120.

Deposits:
For customized products, please pay a deposit of half the selling price or for Personal Delivery, please pay 50% of the total purchase (excluding delivery charges if applicable), which ever is higher.
We do not charge any GST.
Shipping of Products:
Items will be sent out within 5 days upon receiving of payment, if any special arrangement is needed, please email us.
Personal Delivery of Products:
For delivery of products, it will be within 7 days upon receiving of payment, with a date & time convenient for both Holistique Vie and its customer.
